Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO)
A Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) is an extracurricular group for students in our district’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) to further their knowledge and skills by participating in industry-themed activities, 事件, 和竞赛.
CTSOs are a valued instructional component utilized to teach leadership and interpersonal skills development for students in career technical education programs through:
- Practicing and honing of hands-on skills
- Connecting with health care professionals and potential employers
- Competing in 事件 to demonstrate their skills
- Taking on leadership roles in the organization
