The 记录管理

The 长滩 Unified School District 记录管理 Office is responsible for the permanent archiving of student cumulative records of former 菠菜网lol正规平台 students. Cumulative records are maintained for students who attended 菠菜网lol正规平台 schools from the early 1900s to the present. Records for each 菠菜网lol正规平台 school the student attended may include a listing of classes completed, 成绩, 考试成绩, immunization records, and graduation status.

High school student records are generally maintained at the last school of attendance for approximately a year from the date of graduation or withdrawal after which they are sent to the 记录管理 Office. If the student recently graduated or withdrew from the district please request transcripts from the last school of attendance.

学生 currently attending 长滩 Unified School District, request records from the school of attendance.

The 记录管理 Office maintains records for all students who have attended 菠菜网lol正规平台 public schools. Records for private and non-public schools geographically located within 菠菜网lol正规平台 boundaries are not maintained by the 记录管理 Office. Request for such records must be directed to the private or non-public school.

Request for official transcripts may be requested in person or submitted via mail to the 记录管理 Office.

The 记录管理 Office is located at 2201 E. 市场大街., 长滩 CA 90805. The office is open to the public from 7:00 a.m. 到下午3点.m. Monday through Friday.

The 菠菜网lol正规平台 does not duplicate or replace high school diplomas. If you have misplaced or lost your diploma, high school transcripts could be used as proof of graduation. 

Education verifications are not released over the phone. For proof of graduation please order a transcript.
